EMD GP38

Conrail inherited it's fleet of EMD GP38's from the Lehigh Valley (4 units), Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines (5 units), and Penn Central (139 units). These 2000 horsepower road switchers are used mostly for local and branch line trains, and switching.
