Why do we have state constitutions?
Why don't we just have the U.S. federal constitution?
Why do we have state laws at all?
Wouldn't it be easier to just make federal laws and
have them apply to everyone?
This false logic is based on "good intentions" that are presently
driving the U.S.A. into Hell on earth.
The Christian Founding Fathers of the U.S.A. specifically
placed a barrier between federal power and states' rights
over moral law.
If our elected representatives would obey their oaths of office
and uphold this truth, then abortion would still be illegal in
prolife states, sodomy would still be illegal in moral states,
and God's definition of marriage and all benefits that come with
it would remain the only legal definition in God-fearing states.

"Pennridge Regional Police charged Scott McDonald, 40, of
Country Lane, Haycock, with terroristic threats, criminal
trespass and harassment on Sept. 11 at 9:30PM. Police
said McDonald was charged for appearing at a residence
on Ridge Road and threatening the residents and using
profanities. Police said that McDonald had left the premises
before they arrived."
It Looks like Mr. McDonald may now be considered a
domestic terrorist under Bush's Patriot Act and be thrown
into jail without access to a lawyer, trail, jury, etc. Get the

To your Federal Representative
Cosponsor H.R. 3125
2nd Amendment Rights
Dear
H.R. 3125 was introduced on September 17, 2003 with ten
original cosponsors. But please make clear to the United Nations,
France, China and to any other country what the position of the
United States is. H.R. 3125 would prohibit U.S. taxpayer dollars
from being used to support or promote any United Nations' actions
that could in any way infringe on the Second Amendment. The
legislation also expresses the sense of Congress that proposals
to tax, or otherwise limit, the right to keep and bear arms are
"reprehensible and deserving of condemnation.
According to H.R. 3125, Congress finds that:
1. over the past decade, the United Nations has demonstrated
a consistent animus to the Second Amendment to the United
States Constitution and to the right to keep and bear arms;
2. in June 2003, the United Nations sponsored a "Week of Action
Against Small Arms";
3. French President Jacques Chirac and the socialist president of
Brazil Luiz Lula da Silva both advocate the imposition of a United
Nations' tax on firearms for various utopian purposes;
4. two million largely unarmed people are killed yearly by oppressive
genocidal governments throughout the world; and
5. ironically, at the same time the United Nations was working to
prohibit Americans from exercising their Second Amendment rights
to defend themselves, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
was called to investigate the illegal possession of submachine guns
by bodyguards to Secretary General of the United Nations Kofi Annan.

I urge you NOT to cosponsor the Schumer-McCarthy bill,
which has been dubbed the "NICS Improvement Act."
The Brady Act has been a complete failure, and it does not
need to be improved. Not only does this bill violate the
Second Amendment, it creates the very real potential that
the FBI would illegally maintain a gun owners registry --
despite existing prohibitions in the law. (Remember how
the FBI illegally provided files on prominent Republicans
to President Bill Clinton in 1996?)
More to the point, the Brady Act has not stopped criminals
from using guns in crime. One of the nation's leading anti-gun
medical publications, the Journal of the American Medical
Association (August 2000), found that the Brady registration
law has failed to reduce murder rates.
It's no wonder. Criminals don't obey gun laws. Plus, laws
such as the Brady Act have utterly failed to put criminals
behind bars. In a fact sheet entitled "Instant Registration
Check Threatens Gun Owners' Rights," Gun Owners of
America notes that in the first five years the Brady Act
was in force, eight people were prosecuted under the Act
and only three were sent to jail. So while the Brady Law
has been a failure at stopping bad guys, it has succeeded
in giving gun owners' names to the FBI.
Regardless, you took an oath to uphold the Constitution --
a document which includes a protection stating that the
right to keep and bear arms "shall not be infringed." But
the Schumer-McCarthy bill is an infringement! Among
other things, this bill will result in millions more Americans
not being able to own guns, simply because they committed
a Lautenberg-type offense, such as pushing, shoving or, in
some cases, even yelling at a family member.
Finally, I am very uncomfortable with the idea that this
bill could give the FBI access to all of my private tax and
financial information. This is a dangerous expansion of
federal power, and it is decidedly un-American.
Again, I hope that you will NOT cosponsor this bill. And I
would like to hear from you about whether you support this
massive increase in gun control.

Who is this god that you pray to,
When your world seems so unsure?
Does he set your feet upon solid ground
And make your life secure?
Was he created by your hands
And vain imagination?
Or did he create you,
Your world, your very nation?
Will your god hear you
Wherever you may go?
At any moment, day or night,
Or do you even know?
Does your god let you be
Without a word to speak,
While you do whatever you please?
Tell me, is he that weak?
Will he let you tear your world apart,
By tolerating sin,
Or is he a god of justice
Who will never let evil win?
Does your god give life
And truth and inner peace?
Does he come from eternity
Where his days will never cease?
Who is this god that you pray to?
Does he have an eternal throne?

His from conception, a beautiful soul

predestined before He created the earth-
amazing that one life contains so much worth!
We safeguard their future in every respect,
incarcerate those who abuse and neglect,
protect the environment so they'll have trees,
and immunize them against every disease.
Yet our culture condones the most cruel abuse,
with vanity, choice and most any excuse.
They look at His treasures, "No, thank You," they say,
then seek out a "doctor" to take it away.
When babies cannot look to parents with trust
and government fails them, then it's up to us.
We need to speak out with one resonant voice,
that God-given life's not a matter of choice!

Those who believe electing Republicans is going to make a
significant difference in the direction of the country need to open
their eyes to what Republicans are actually doing.
Consider the courageous stand of Alabama Supreme Court Chief
Justice Roy Moore to resist a tyrannical and unconstitutional order
from a federal judge to remove a monument of the Ten
Commandments from the Alabama Judicial Building. Instead of
supporting the brave Chief Justice, Republican leaders in his state
betrayed Roy Moore, ignored the U.S. and Alabama constitutions,
and threw their support behind the federal judge.
It was a Republican governor and a Republican attorney general
who abandoned Judge Moore. Seven of the eight Alabama
Supreme Court justices who voted to suspend Judge Moore were
elected as Republicans. Beyond the state of Alabama, two of the
judges of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals which ruled against
Judge Moore were Republicans.
Furthermore, President G.W. Bush's chief consultant and
campaign manager, Karl Rove, was also campaign consultant to
Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor. Rove was also a campaign
consultant to the Alabama lawyer whom Roy Moore defeated in
the race for Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. Do you
not see a pattern here?
It was also the Republican governor of Alabama Bob Riley who
promoted a huge billion dollar tax increase for his state.
Unfortunately, this kind of chicanery and skullduggery is the norm,
not the exception, for the Republican Party.
Recently, a Washington Post report said, "The era of big
government, if it ever went away, has returned full-throttle under
President Bush.
"A report released by the Brookings Institution think tank and New
York University said the 'true size' of the federal work force,
which includes employees for federal contractors and grant
recipients, grew by more than one million, to 12.1 million, from
October 1999 to October 2002."
In fact, G.W. Bush and his fellow Republicans in Congress have
become the biggest spenders in Washington, D.C., since the
Johnson administration. Furthermore, their efforts regarding
constitutional government, individual freedom, and family issues
are not any better.
The Patriot Act pushed through by President Bush and
congressional leaders just might be the most egregious example of
Orwellian-style government in U.S. history. Its abridgements
against constitutional restrictions to federal encroachments of
personal freedom rival anything that emanates from any
communist country.
We are also watching Republicans around the country fawning
over the candidacy of Arnold Schwarzenegger for California
governor, even though Schwarzenegger is pro-abortion, pro-gay
rights, pro-gun control, and pro-illegal immigration. All that seems
to matter is that he has an "R" behind his name. His commitment
to the Constitution and to conservative principles means nothing!
The sellout by Republicans at both the state and national levels
cannot be ignored or defended! They need to be seen for what they
are: traitors to the cause they claim to represent! As such, they are
more dangerous to the future of America than are Democrats. A
Benedict Arnold is infinitely more dangerous than a General
Cornwallis. One is dressed in a devil's suit and attacks you from
the front; the other one wears angel wings, then stabs you in the
back.
If Republicans in a state such as Alabama cannot muster the
courage to stand with a patriot such as Judge Roy Moore, how can
we expect Republicans in the less conservative areas to do any
better? The answer is, we can't and shouldn't.
The time has come for conservatives to abandon the Republican
Party and to start supporting principled candidates from parties
such as the Constitution Party, because the lesser of two evils is no
longer lesser.

Christian Organizations That Crumble And Stumble - Why? Solution!
Interested in supporting a truly
God-revering political party?
The American
Heritage Party
The major heresy of Mormonism is summed up in its central
theological axiom, the doctrine of the law of eternal
progression. To believe in and teach this doctrine is to be so
separated from Christian orthodoxy that the unrepentant
adherent is consigned to a Christless eternity. It is stated as
follows:
As man is, God once was, and as God is, man may become.
Roll that through your mind a time or two: "As man is, God
once was, and as God is, man may become."
This all starts with the LDS teaching that there are great
numbers of planets scattered throughout the vastness of outer
space which are ruled by countless exalted men-gods who
once were human like us.
This may all sound like Battlestar Galactica to the average
person, but upon this axiom is based the entire theology of
Mormonism: from the temple rituals for the living to those
for their dead; from the teaching that families are forever to
the pressure on parents to send their youth to the mission
fields across the world.
The Mormon people are committed to a controlled program
that maps out their entire lives as they seek their own
exaltation and godhood, their own planet to rule and reign
over.
Let's look at this mystery religion in simple terms. Perhaps
the most basic work we ever did in this area was to
summarize the core Mormon doctrine and put it together in a
short animation sequence for the movie The God Makers.
Let's go through the actual script of that sequence for you.
Mormonism teaches that trillions of planets scattered
throughout the cosmos are ruled by countless gods who once
were human like us. They say that long ago on one of these
planets, to an unidentified god and one of his goddess wives,
a spirit child named Elohim was conceived. This spirit child
was later born to human parents who gave him a physical
body.
Through obedience to Mormon teaching, death, and
resurrection, he proved himself worthy and was elevated to
godhood as his father before him. Mormons believe that
Elohim is their heavenly Father and that he lives with his
many wives on a planet near a mysterious star called Kolob.
Here the god of Mormonism and his wives, through endless
celestial sex, produced billions of spirit children.
To decide their destiny, the head of the Mormon gods called
a great heavenly council meeting. Both of Elohim's eldest
sons were there, Lucifer and his brother Jesus.
A plan was presented to build planet Earth, where the spirit
children would be sent to take on mortal bodies and learn
good from evil. Lucifer stood and made his bid for becoming
savior of this new world. Wanting the glory for himself, he
planned to force everyone to become gods.
Opposing the idea, the Mormon Jesus suggested giving man
his freedom of choice, as on other planets. The vote that
followed approved the proposal of the Mormon Jesus, who
would become savior of the planet Earth.
Enraged, Lucifer cunningly convinced one-third of the spirits
destined for Earth to fight with him and revolt. Thus Lucifer
became the devil and his followers the demons. Sent to this
world in spirit form, they would forever be denied bodies of
flesh and bone.
Those who remained neutral in the battle were cursed to be
born with black skin. This is the Mormon explanation for the
Negro race. The spirits that fought most valiantly against
Lucifer would be born into Mormon families on planet Earth.
These would be the lighter-skinned people, or "white and
delightsome," as the Book of Mormon described them.
Early Mormon prophets taught that Elohim and one of his
goddess wives came to Earth as Adam and Eve to start the
human race. Thousands of years later, Elohim in human form
once again journeyed to Earth from the star base Kolob, this
time to have physical relations with the Virgin Mary in order
to provide Jesus with a physical body.
Mormon Apostle Orson Hyde taught that after Jesus Christ
grew to manhood he took at least three wives: Mary, Martha,
and Mary Magdalene. Through these wives the Mormon
Jesus supposedly fathered a number of children before he
was crucified. Mormon founder Joseph Smith is supposedly
one of his descendants.
According to the Book of Mormon, after his resurrection
Jesus came to the Americas to preach to the Indians, who the
Mormons believe are really Israelites. Thus the Jesus of
Mormonism established his church in the Americas as he had
in Palestine. By the year 421 A.D., the dark-skinned
Israelites, known as the Lamanites, had destroyed all of the
white-skinned Nephites in a number of great battles. The
Nephites' records were supposedly written on golden plates
buried in the Hill Cumorah by Moroni, the last living
Nephite.
