Every time that I look into their beautiful eyes, I realize how precious their lives are to me and to Jesus. Now that I've spent several years of research into USA-condoned abortion, every time I look into my sons' eyes, I think of the innocent boys and girls who have been executed in the USA under our abortion laws. I have now removed my tie, rolled up my sleeves, and cracked all my knuckles. Bush, Republican Federal Senator Rick Santorum, and Republican Federal Senator Candidate Pat Toomey all condone the satanic bloody premeditated execution of innocent baby boys and girls whose fathers happen to be criminals (rapists or those who had sex with relatives), which not only knowingly rebels against the Jewish Tanakh and the Christian Bible, the living Word of God, but is unconstitutional, since the United States Constitution states, "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America," with "our Posterity" being those who are pre-born, not yet conceived, and not even thought of yet for family growth! Each of these men title themselves "pro-life" but they are "pro-abortion." How can anyone be pro-life when they condone and actuate the premeditated execution of innocent boys and girls because of the sins of their father? Other well-intentioned organizations have been misled by this "pro-life" lie. On April 13, 2004, Mike Farris, Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) Chairman & General Counsel, sent an e-mail to all HSLDA members in Pennsylvania, where he wrote, "[Pat Toomey] has a 100% pro-life rating with the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation and has been endorsed by the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation's Political Action Committee." When you read that someone has a 100% pro-life rating, doesn't that lead you to believe, or DECEIVE you to believe, that Toomey is 100% pro-life? Nodding your head yes? Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation does Not tell you that Toomey supports abortion! In fact, they lead you to believe that Toomey is 100% pro-life! Pennsylvania Pro-Life is not the only "pro-life" organization that hides the truth! Here is a quote from Pastor Bruce Evan Murch of Covenant Farm, VA: President Bush proudly wears the label "pro-life", but how "pro-life" is he really? In Texas, he appointed pro-abortion judges to his high court. When questioned closely, Bush says he is opposed to ALL abortions, except in the cases of rape, incest, and danger to the life of the mother. Well, wait a minute. On what basis are we opposed to abortion? Because it is the killing of an innocent human being? Does it become "acceptable" to kill that child because of the sins of the father? If father was a rapist, or an incestuous relative that should be taken to the city gates and stoned to death with stones, should the baby die because of that? President George Bush thinks so. He believes that the emotional pain that the mother may suffer is more important to alleviate, than to save the life of a human being. Is that "pro-life"? Not in my book. Even worse, following this I will post a defense of George Bush from the National Right to Life, which has become such a political whore, that it is now justifying, yea it has BECOME the very thing it used to fight against! AOL, despite all their success and their entire marketing, advertising, and increasing subscriber base, has decided to become an unofficial arm of HOMELAND security and the Justice department. To that end they have instituted new software that reads all messages that pass through their ISP, and they have begun deciding who will be allowed to read what. Hence America-On-Line has now become ASHCROFT-on-line. AOL currently hides behind "new software" which is their excuse for every intrusion into the thoughts and transmissions between private individuals. Whenever anyone complains about these detected intrusions into private communications between any number of people ­ a computer message handles all the dirty-little-details ­and cannot be confronted about what is really going on. So all attempts to discuss the reasons for any blocked messages have no quarter to appeal to. AOL is in effect hijacking what you can say, or what those who are subscribers, are "allowed to read." There does not seem to be a law against this foul practice, but there damn well ought to be. The speed and ease of communication, without censorship, by the government was part of the original appeal behind the Internet, and was one of the reasons that this medium has become so popular among so many world-wide. So when you see AOL in that address on your computer, just beware that whatever or whoever you are sending to, or receiving from, is being closely monitored by several agencies of the government. There are those who are not bothered by this 'added safeguard.' But for the rest of us, please remember that AOL now stands for ASHCROFT on-line. AOL is also deceptive in their privacy rules, hiding the names of those who own it and direct it: Once the public learns about their current real purposes, they may not have a company to worry about much longer. There will be an America long after AOL has spent their unearned reputation, and gone the way of all despicable and opportunistic endeavors: and that is as it should be. Because if AOL cannot make it by being straight with its customer base, then they should fail, after-all isn't that the "American-way-of-Business"? These are very difficult times in which we live. Everyone needs to be able to depend on what they are able to learn, about all the various explosive situations that are unfolding on both the national and international stages of our lives. Of course there's a lot of disinformation out there on all sides. But no one needs to have yet another false-flag institution in the middle of these debates. And no one has asked for commercial censorship, except John "J. Edgar" Ashcroft. If Ashcroft-on-line wants to continue as the US Department of Justice's ISP, then they should say so, proudly! Otherwise they deserve to lose the support of all those who disagree with their current policies. Think about this. What's next from AOL? Will they now begin to edit the messages sent, of course to better protect their subscribers, from the big-bad wolf of world affairs? It's not impossible: after all they are already the uninvited censors in all that their subscribers now say or send ­ so why not just help them out a bit more, by adding or subtracting just a word or two? The decision is yours to make. Will you continue to use AOL, or receive e-mail from AOL addresses? This is not about preference; it's about survival. This is not a matter of commercial choice; it's about your rights to expected privacy, and the privacy that you are paying to receive! The findings, in one of the most comprehensive polls of evangelicals in years, don't rule out the issue of gay marriage as a potent tool to get out the conservative Christian vote for Bush in November. But they suggest that white evangelicals, a key constituency that overwhelmingly opposes same-sex marriage, are more complex and share more mainstream positions than some political analysts believe. Political analysts and scholars are especially interested in evangelicals because they're deeply engaged in their communities and make up the core of the president's electoral support. In 2000, evangelicals accounted for 35 to 40 percent of Bush's votes and are to the GOP what African-Americans have traditionally been to the Democrats. After the 2000 race, Karl Rove, Bush's chief political strategist, said 4 million religious conservatives had failed to go to the polls and pledged that the administration would rally them in 2004. OnlineArchive.org Use Permission Received Dear Friend, In HSLDA's Weekly Update, April 15, 2004, homeschoolers are told to read, "Questions and Answers Regarding a Constitutional Amendment on Same-Sex Marriage" by Michael Farris, J.D., Chairman, Home School Legal Defense Association President & Professor of Government, Patrick Henry College Michael's report, supporting a federal marriage amendment, puts it's weight on a fallacy! Michael writes, "Second, the current text of the Constitution causes a big part of the problem. The Full Faith and Credit Clause in Article IV requires that marriages, which are recognized as legal in one state, be recognized as legal in all states. The only way to fix this problem is a federal constitutional amendment." I don't want to say that Michael, who's a great guy, is lying on purpose. He may be misinformed, even though I've sent the HSLDA our FMA Alert Information and Radio CD. Where is the untruth in Michael's statement? It is here: "The only way to fix this problem is a federal constitutional amendment." NOT TRUE! Here is the PROOF from our FMA Alert Page: http://fp.users.fast.net/InfoQuest/Federal_Marriage_Amendment.htm#New_American_Solution Problem to ELIMINATE: The "Full Faith and Credit" clause of Article 4 Section 1 of our Federal Constitution has been the reason for well-intentioned pro-family groups like the American Family Association, Focus on the Family, The Family Research Council, and a slew of others, for pushing an amendment to our Federal Constitution to define marriage! Forget It! Why? You'll see, beginning with the second paragraph in the snip below! Rather than amending the Constitution, Congress should use its Article 3, Section 2 power to protect marriage against federal judicial activists. By simple statute, Congress can eliminate the appellate jurisdiction of the U.S. Supreme Court over such issues as the constitutionality of state laws defining or regulating marriage. Such a statute could contain other exceptions for a wide range of topics where the Supreme Court has abused its discretion. The jurisdiction of inferior federal courts would likewise be limited. One area of concern remains. Article 4, Section 1 of the Constitution requires states to give "Full Faith and Credit" to the "...public Acts, Records, and judicial proceedings of every other State;...." If a state is cursed with an invertebrate legislature that provides by law for same-sex unions, this constitutional provision would compel other states to recognize the validity of these unions. For this reason, the congressional act limiting the jurisdiction of the federal judiciary in matters of matrimony should also remove jurisdiction of federal courts to rule on any state's failure to accord full faith and credit to same-sex unions. One or more federal statutes of this kind would be easier to enact than any constitutional amendment. Congress can pass legislation by a simple majority vote in the House and the Senate, but a proposal for a constitutional amendment must be passed by a two-thirds majority vote of both houses. Even then, it must be ratified by three-fourths (38) of the states, which is no easy task. Costly and complicated techniques were developed to break down walls storing the moisture using enzymes. "But in (our) process no external agent is added," said K.K. Surendranathan of the Nuclear Agriculture and Biotechnology Division of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. "Our technique works without using any external enzymes. We just make the banana into a pulp and it is then treated in a reaction vessel for four to six hours," Surendranathan. "The viability of the technology lies in its simplicity." The technique extracts about 85 per cent of the fruit's juice while the solid leftover - which also smells and tastes of banana - could be processed into confectionery items, he said. However, few companies have expressed any interest in adapting the process for commercial use, said the scientist, who patented the technique two months ago. "People have come in, sampled the drink and found it nice but are cautious because they are not sure of the market reaction," Surendranathan said. "What we try and tell them is that there is a range of products you can further develop from the juice which include banana nectar, carbonated banana drink or even wine," he said. The juice extracted from the banana has a very high sugar content of about 30-35 per cent, which allows it to be stored for up to four months at a temperature below 15 degrees Celcius. "We have found it to be very economical as one kilogram of pulp yields about 600-650 millilitres of juice," Surendranathan said.
